Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, yellow mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large ZipLoc bag or a covered bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to a few hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  3. Grill the Chicken: Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge. Preheat a gas BBQ grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts (halved lengthwise) for 5-6 minutes on each side, until cooked through and nicely charred.
