- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
