Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Stir-Fry: Heat oil in a skillet, sauté onions, add garlic and black pepper. Cook marinated chicken until browned. Add mushrooms, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and broth. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
