- 12 strips bacon (16oz package)
- 4 Lavish wraps (Lavish bread)
Vegetables
- 2 cups chopped lettuce (2 romaine hearts)
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
Sauce
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Cook Bacon: Cook the 12 strips of bacon according to the package directions until they reach your desired crispness. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb and drain excess grease.
- Prepare Sauce: While the bacon is cooking, in a small bowl whisk together 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar to create a creamy, tangy sauce.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay out each Lavish wrap and slather a generous scoop of the prepared sauce in the center. Then layer approximately 1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce, 2 to 3 tomato slices, and 3 strips of crispy bacon over the sauce. Carefully roll up the wrap to secure the filling. Repeat this process for all four wraps. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
