- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
- Pinch of salt
For the Ganache Topping:
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake.
- Make the Filling: Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Whip 1 cup cream and fold into the mixture. Spread into the crust and chill.
- Prepare the Ganache: Heat 1/2 cup cream, pour over chocolate chips, and stir until smooth. Pour over the chilled pie.
