This festive Christmas Charcuterie Board combines a delightful assortment of sweet and savory treats arranged beautifully to celebrate the holiday spirit. Featuring Little Debbie Vanilla Christmas Tree Cakes, fresh fruits, creamy dips, crunchy snacks, and fun Santa hat strawberries, this no-cook recipe is perfect for holiday gatherings, offering a colorful and fun way to enjoy seasonal flavors without any cooking required.

Ingredients

Scale

Sweet Treats

  • Little Debbie Vanilla Christmas Tree Cakes (4 pieces)
  • 6-8 strawberries
  • 6-8 mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup strawberry yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon red sugar sprinkles
  • ½ teaspoon green Christmas Tree sprinkles

Fresh Fruits

  • 2-3 clementines
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • Green grapes (for garnish, about ½ cup)

Savory Snacks

  • Turkey pepperoni (approximately 20 pieces)
  • 2-3 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut into thirds
  • ½ cup honey roasted peanuts
  • Red and green tortilla chips (about 1 cup total)
  • Club crackers (approximately 10 crackers)

Dips and Spreads

  • ½ cup guacamole (Little Salad Bar classic guacamole used)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Santa Hat Strawberries: Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut off the caps, then slice a small flat tip off the bottom of each strawberry so they stand upright. Dip mini marshmallows into the strawberry yogurt, then place one marshmallow on the flat tip of each strawberry to resemble a Santa hat pompom. Repeat until all strawberries are decorated.
  2. Arrange Christmas Tree Cakes and Dips: Place the Little Debbie Vanilla Christmas Tree Cakes evenly in the four corners of your serving plate. Spoon the strawberry yogurt and guacamole into small bowls and place them in the center of the plate with space between them.
  3. Arrange Fruits and Chips: Peel the clementines and separate into segments. Arrange the segments in a circle surrounding the yogurt bowl. Fill the area around the guacamole bowl with red and green holiday tortilla chips to add festive colors.
  4. Place Pepperoni, Peanuts, Strawberries, and Cheese: Position turkey pepperoni slices overlapping each other to the left of the top-right Christmas Tree Cake and to the right of the bottom-left Christmas Tree Cake. Place honey roasted peanuts to the left of the bottom-right Christmas Tree Cake and add some Santa hat strawberries beside the peanuts, so the strawberries sit between the peanuts and pepperoni. Add more peanuts to the left of the pepperoni near the top of the board. Fill the top-left corner with remaining strawberries and mozzarella cheese sticks.
  5. Finish with Blueberries, Crackers, and Grapes: Place blueberries and club crackers to the left of the clementines. Scatter green grapes sporadically around the board to enhance the holiday color palette. Serve immediately and enjoy this festive no-cook charcuterie presentation.

Notes

  • This recipe requires no cooking, making it easy and quick for holiday entertaining.
  • Feel free to substitute the turkey pepperoni with regular pepperoni or a vegetarian alternative if desired.
  • Use fresh seasonal fruits to keep the board vibrant and flavorful.
  • Prepare the Santa hat strawberries just before serving to keep marshmallows fresh and colors bright.
  • To make the board more kid-friendly, you can omit the pepperoni and replace with additional fruit or crackers.
