Cookies:

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture to form a dough.
- Roll the cookies: Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Shape dough into balls, roll in cinnamon sugar, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden. Cool on sheet before transferring to a rack.
