- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 4 slices rye bread
- 1 large yellow onion (thinly sliced)
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Prepare the Secret Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and set aside.
- Caramelize Onions: In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and cook sliced onions until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and set aside.
- Shape and Cook Patties: Divide beef into patties, season, and cook in a skillet until done, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Assemble the Burger: Spread secret sauce on rye bread slices. Layer with cheese, patty, caramelized onions, more cheese, and top with bread.
- Grill the Burger: Melt butter in a skillet, grill the sandwich until golden and crispy, and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
