- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup strong brewed espresso, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder (optional)
For Garnish:
- Whipped cream or chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, brewed espresso, vanilla, and espresso powder.
- Bake: Pour filling over crust, place in a water bath, and bake for 55–65 minutes. Cool in the oven before refrigerating.
- Serve: Chill for at least 4 hours, then garnish with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.

- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the espresso powder.
- Use decaf coffee for a caffeine-free version.
