- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Garnish:
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning and cook until fully cooked and browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add garlic and bell peppers. Sauté until softened.
- Make the Sauce: Add heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine and Serve: Return cooked chicken to the skillet, add drained pasta, and toss until coated. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
