- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces uncooked penne pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef in olive oil until browned. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
