Instructions

  1. Prep the Cod: Pat the cod fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Breading: Set up three bowls with flour, egg mixture, and seasoned breadcrumbs. Coat each fillet in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
