- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Prep the Cod: Pat the cod fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Breading: Set up three bowls with flour, egg mixture, and seasoned breadcrumbs. Coat each fillet in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Frying: Fry the breaded cod in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- Make Tartar Sauce: Mix together mayonnaise, pickles, capers, mustard, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
