Pasta:
- 12 ounces rotini pasta
Dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups chopped dill pickles
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup chopped celery
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside to cool.
- Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine pasta, pickles, cheddar cheese, red onion, and celery.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss Everything Together: Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently combine.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with fresh dill and extra pickles if desired.
