Description

  • 12 ounces rotini pasta

Dressing:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups chopped dill pickles
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside to cool.
  2. Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine pasta, pickles, cheddar cheese, red onion, and celery.
