Ground Beef Mixture:

- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 bag (9.75 oz) nacho cheese Doritos (crushed slightly)
- Optional toppings like chopped tomatoes, green onions, or sliced jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Season the meat: Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ingredients: Add Rotel, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheese. Mix well.
- Assemble casserole: Grease a 9×13-inch dish. Layer half of the Doritos, top with beef mixture, remaining Doritos, and cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
