Instructions

- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat eggs, then mix in milk and vanilla. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry, whisking until smooth. Stir in melted butter. Let batter rest for 20–30 minutes.
- Cook Crepes: Heat a skillet, pour batter, swirl to coat the bottom. Cook until edges lift, flip, and cook briefly. Repeat with remaining batter.
