Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine baby potatoes, French onion soup mix, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt if using. Toss until well coated.
