  • ½ teaspoon salt (optional, depending on soup mix)

Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine baby potatoes, French onion soup mix, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt if using. Toss until well coated.
