Instructions
- Heat the skillet: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat to prepare for cooking the eggs.
- Melt the butter: Add the butter to the skillet and swirl the pan to coat the bottom evenly as it melts.
- Cook the eggs: Crack the eggs into the skillet carefully, keeping the yolks intact.
- Season the eggs: Sprinkle the salt and black pepper evenly over the eggs.
- Fry the eggs: Cook for 2-3 minutes until the egg whites are set and the yolks remain runny.
- Set aside eggs: Use a spatula to gently transfer the fried eggs to a plate and set them aside.
