  • 1/2 cup finely grated cucumber (squeezed dry)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, red onion, garlic, parsley, dill, oregano, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg. Form into balls.
  2. Cook the meatballs: Cook in olive oil in a skillet until golden and cooked through.
  3. Make the tzatziki sauce: Mix yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt.
