Instructions

  2. Sauté Vegetables: Stir in the diced onion, minced garlic, red and green bell peppers. Cook the mixture until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Main Ingredients and Spices: Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, red enchilada sauce, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
