  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups russet potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 3 carrots (peeled and sliced)
  • 3 celery stalks (sliced)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the kielbasa: Heat olive oil in a large pot, brown the sliced kielbasa, then set aside.
