Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Topping:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Serve hot.
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Rub with olive oil, season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill or sear chicken. Mix mayo, sour cream, ranch, parsley, and garlic. Combine mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Place chicken on baking sheet, top with creamy mixture and cheese-breadcrumb mix. Bake until golden.
