Dressing

Instructions
- Combine Salad Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the drained chickpeas, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, crumbled feta cheese, chopped fresh parsley, and optional chopped fresh mint.
