Instructions
- Prepare Sugar Mixture: In a small saucepan, combine granulated sugar, corn syrup, and water. Heat until sugar dissolves, then bring to 280°F. Remove from heat.
- Final Steps: Add citric acid, baking soda, gum base, flavoring extract, and coloring. Cool slightly, knead on powdered surface, add Pop Rocks, fold, cut, and cool.
