Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: Remove the seeds from the jalapeno pepper to reduce heat, then dice the jalapeno, red bell pepper, and black olives. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add Cream Cheese and Corn: Add the softened cream cheese and the drained can of corn to the bowl with the diced vegetables.
- Mix in Ranch Seasoning: Sprinkle the ranch dip seasoning mix over the ingredients in the bowl. Using a spoon or mixer, thoroughly combine all ingredients until the mixture is smooth and evenly mixed.
- Chill the Dip: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and the dip to set to a creamy, spreadable consistency.
