- 1 package (9–12 oz) cheese or spinach ravioli (fresh or frozen)
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste (adjust to spice preference)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the Ravioli: Cook the ravioli according to the package directions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside to prepare the sauce.
- Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Add Harissa Paste: Stir in the harissa paste and cook for another 30 seconds to release the flavors and heat.
- Prepare the Creamy Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3–4 minutes.
- Season: Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Toss Ravioli in Sauce: Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat them evenly with the creamy harissa sauce.
- Serve: Plate the ravioli and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if using. Serve hot for the best flavor experience.
