Slider Buns:
12 slider buns
Deli Roast Beef:
1 pound thinly sliced
Provolone Cheese:
12 slices
Mayonnaise Mixture:
1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Butter Mixture:
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted), 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Garnish:
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Buns: Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer Ingredients: Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the buns, layer with roast beef and provolone, then add the top halves.
- Brush with Butter Mixture: Combine butter mixture ingredients, brush over the buns.
