Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 425º F (220º C) to prepare for roasting the ingredients evenly.
- Prepare the Ingredients on the Sheet Pan: Place the diced sweet potatoes, fresh cranberries, sliced apple, sliced sweet onion, and sliced chicken sausage on a large sheet pan. Drizzle all the ingredients with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a pinch of cinnamon for warmth and depth. Toss everything together on the pan ensuring each piece is lightly coated with oil and seasoning for even roasting.
- Bake Until Tender: Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Check for the sweet potatoes to be tender by poking with a fork. Once cooked through, remove from the oven and serve immediately, enjoying the mix of roasted sweetness and savory sausage.
