Braising Liquid:

Aromatics:

  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (optional)
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Turkey: Pat the turkey breast dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
  2. Sear the Turkey: Brown the turkey in olive oil on both sides until golden.
