Tropical Nicecream is a refreshing and healthy frozen dessert made with frozen bananas, pineapple, and mango blended together with creamy coconut milk and a hint of lime juice. - 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
Liquids & Seasonings
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients. Gather the frozen bananas, pineapple, and mango chunks along with coconut milk, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend the fruits. Add the frozen bananas, frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, coconut milk, lime juice, and salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Process until smooth. Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure even blending. If the mixture is too thick, add a small splash of coconut milk to help it along.
- Serve or freeze. For a soft-serve style, serve immediately. For a firmer, scoopable texture, transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
- Enjoy. Scoop the nicecream into bowls and serve. Optionally, top with shredded coconut, chopped macadamia nuts, or fresh fruit for extra texture and flavor.
