Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the chicken breast pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the spices.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken breasts until cooked through and browned on the outside, about 6-8 minutes per side depending on thickness. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing into thin strips.
